Looks up parts and Bills of Materials in JobBOSS², proposes new ABS-compliant part numbers, and reads/writes documents in SharePoint.
Capabilities
- Look up parts and estimates in JobBOSS² (read).
- Pull Bills of Materials for a part or assembly.
- Generate proposed new part numbers using the ABS segmented numbering scheme.
- Create new parts in JobBOSS² (with optional initial BOM) when explicitly asked.
- PATCH a narrow set of fields on existing parts: revision, description, revisionDate, user_* fields.
- Browse SharePoint sites, libraries, and files.
- Read and summarize SharePoint docs: Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PDF, PowerPoint (.pptx), plain text.
- Create new SharePoint files and folders on request.

- Auto-detect the opportunity owner from your team based on who you mention in the dictation.
- Review and manually edit any extracted field before saving.
- Email the assigned owner automatically with a structured summary and a hyperlink back to the entry.
- Personal view: see your own submissions under My submissions.
- Admin view: see every submission across all users.
- Admins can configure fields, users, and roles from Settings.
- Export every entry to CSV at any time (admin only).
- Schedule a weekly report that surfaces every entry from the past week.
Recommended commands
- Click Record Audio, then dictate the lead's name, email, phone, company, and which teammate should own the opportunity.
- Click Finish and apply, review the extracted fields, then Save Entry.
- Open Entries to see your submissions (or every submission if you're an admin).
- Admin: open Entries → Export CSV when you need to copy data into Sheets or another tool.
- Admin: open Settings to configure fields, users, roles, and the weekly report cadence.

Recommended commands
- Open a site to see its configured columns and most recent uploads.
- Open Browse Data to inspect raw incoming rows for a given site.
- Open the Calendar view to spot days with missing or stuck data.
- Open Templates to define which columns flow through and any transformations to apply.
- Open Export, pick a template and a date range (e.g. April 1 → May 1), then download the report.
- Configure a schedule for recurring exports (weekly, monthly).
